Updating ALI Costs

Each ALI in the project planner shows its name, scope, number of assets, and expected cost. TransAM automatically generates costs for SOGR ALIs. However, by selecting "Update the expected cost" from the blue ALI menu, you can edit and update the cost to reflect known values. Expected costs are calculated and displayed in one of the following ways:

• The Expected Cost for SOGR ALIs are found by summing the Scheduled Cost for the individual assets in the ALIs (projects are shown in blue).
• The Expected Cost for SOGR Shadow ALIs are found by summing the Estimated Cost for the individual assets in the ALIs (projects are shown in pink).
• The Expected Cost for New Capital Project ALIs are manually input (projects are shown in green).
